• Agent downloads ZOCCAM App
• Registers license number and establishes PIN
• Selects “Send Earnest Money,” then chooses “Chapin Title Company”
• Completes contract information
• Clicks “Check Capture,” snaps front and back of check and completes transaction

Buyer Instructions

• Agent must have the ZOCCAM app downloaded
• Buyer downloads ZOCCAM app, registering with mobile number as license number
• Agent selects “Send Earnest Money,” chooses Chapin Title Company, fills in contract info then clicks “Buyer Capture”
• ZOCCAM generates a ZCode and sends to Buyer’s mobile number via text
• Buyer enters ZCode and confirms transaction information loaded by Agent
• Buyer snaps front and back of check, clicks “Confirm” and completes transaction
• All parties receive receipt confirmation
